Automatic Bill Payment
What is Automatic Bill Payment?Automatic bill payment allows you to pay your bill automatically each month by authorizing the Heart of Iowa Cooperative to draft your bank account each month for either the amount due or a specific amount you specify. You will still continue receive a monthly statement, except your bank account will be automatically drafted on the due date (the 15th of each month) as indicated on your bill. How much does Automatic Bill Payment cost?Nothing! Automatic Bill Payment costs nothing, in fact it may even save you money since you don't have to write and mail in a check every month. However, if there are not sufficient funds available when the draft is made, you will be charged a $20.00 service fee. How do I sign up?Simply print out the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement (below), fill it out, and mail it back, with a voided check, to the Accounting Center. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing time.
